Job Description Job Description Oversee a crew of field service technicians Conduct weekly meetings to implement/review service procedures and offer on-going training Implement field & office procedures to advance service department Identify and provide training opportunities Communicate/assist/follow -up with field technicians throughout the day Close out jobs directly with technicians while on site Ensure proper follow-up for on-going jobs (ordering parts, sending quotes, contacting customers) Assist dispatcher with scheduling throughout the day Ensure all jobs are being completed in a timely manner and within budget Conduct project site visits, as needed Review and prepare all closed jobs for billing by ensuring all tech notes are detailed and job costs are correct Assist with weekend/after-hours emergency service calls Assist in building a positive, healthy team culture Company Description We’re a small, family-owned HVAC company with big dreams to be the best HVAC company in New Jersey.
