Job Description Job Description Hello A&O Safety Pros, Job Title: Field Safety Manager Transmission Line Construction Location: Northern Minnesota Hours: 50-60 Hours per Week Per Diem: $215 / day (7 days) Vehicle and Fuel Card Provided Start Date: Immediate Duration: 12-15 month contract with potential for extension Job Overview: Alpha & Omega Safety Services is seeking a Safety Manager for a long term Transmission Construction Project in Minnesota. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing safety programs, and maintaining a safe work environment on-site. Qualifications: Experience in Transmission and Distribution safety Minimum OSHA 510 Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance in construction Ability to lead safety meetings, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety policies Benefits & Compensation: Per Diem: $215 / day (7 days) Vehicle Allowance: Truck and Fuel Card Provided Contract Duration: 12-15 months with the potential for extension Overtime Pay: Time and a half after 40 hours
