Associate Store Maintenance Mgr requires: Excellent business decision making skills Strong organizational, interpersonal and people management skills Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and controls, and general facilities repairs/maintenance Detailed, organized, and strong communication skills Comfortable to work in a flexible environment Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task large volumes of work Working knowledge of Work Order Management systems and reports, Service Channel prior experience is a plus MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Associate Store Maintenance Mgr duties: Responsible for strategically managing Preventive Maintenance and Repairs for all assigned brand locations in a consistent, cost-effective manner in accordance with the company. Provides the primary source of support for the Stores, Field Leadership, and Brand Partners for all related maintenance needs
