Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Automation & CRM Manager to
optimize marketing automation and CRM strategies to drive
enrollment growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing automation workflows
and lead nurture sequences
Own and optimize CRM system architecture and manage data integrity
across platforms
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for marketing automation and
CRM enhancements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM Strategy,
and/or Sales Operations
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, preferably
Braze
Strong experience managing and integrating CRM platforms
Knowledge of telephone systems and their integration with CRM and
marketing automation
Experience with API integrations and data management skills,
including segmentation and lead scoring
