An information technology company has a current position open
for a Telecommute Publishing Community Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Foster a community where publishers can connect with one
another
Empower publisher autonomy by coaching them on using the platform
and where to find resources
Participate as a member of a cross-functional, stable, remote scrum
team
Qualifications for this position include:
Have experience helping customers use products effectively
Be excited to learn, experiment, and take risks
Relay publishers' support and feature requests to the Product Owner
and Development Team
Able to make recommendations for publisher sites per industry best
practices
