Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Director, Government Compliance this position will be responsible for managing the reporting generation, processes, and analysis of subsequent data for government held contracts. This role will engage with business owners to fully understand the terms of each contract and ensure that we are compliant with those terms. Accurate, timely reporting and process monitoring from start to finish is critical.

The analyst will research and identify all relevant account numbers, ensure accounts are set up with contract terms, work with business owner to identify business sectors for reporting purposes, perform monthly, quarterly and annual account reporting, and communicate cross-departmentally with other areas such as Pricing, Sales and Master Data. Analyst will generate required reports necessary for each member to assist business owners in conducting business; and make interpretation and recommendations.MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-- (List in order of importance)

  • Develops and produces required customer reporting as stated in our agreement with the customer.
  • Develops & produces detailed reports for use in managing members.
  • Produces all reports and analysis related to subcontracting requirements.
  • Coordinates and collaborates cross departmentally to ensure that each relevant team is performing respective tasks, to ensure contract compliance related to reporting.
  • Produces all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to reporting work.
  • Works closely day-to-day with Business Owners, supporting them as necessary on ad-hoc reporting and business analytical work.
  • Develops and maintains internal web page landing page.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or sales functions, or equivalent work experience.
    • Prior experience of 1-3 years in reporting and data analysis.
    • Experience in Excel, SAP/BW reporting preferred KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
      • Possesses strong analytical skills - advanced to expert in excel
      • Thorough attention to detail.
      • Good communication, decision-making, and organization skills.
      • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally within a large organization.
      • Ability to take charge and be proactive is a strong plus.
      • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • Excellent interpersonal skills ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.Occasional travel may be required.DISCLAIMER:
