Overview:We are seeking individuals who are looking to uphold our organizations pride in customer service and maintaining his/her professional demeanor in any situation. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with a positive initial impression of the Webster Bank Arena.Salary: $15.00For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.Responsibilities:Accurately operate the Ticketmaster computer ticketing system to sell tickets to any events held at the Webster Bank ArenaAssist with processing internal orders sold by the internal sales departmentProvide all guests with a positive first impression of the Total Mortgage Arena by offering superior, individualized customer serviceAnswering incoming calls to the Box Office line and provide information regarding any and all upcoming eventsBalance and reconcile cash draw at the end of each shiftMaintain the policies of the Box Office with regard to customer service and other ticketing issuesPerforming other duties as assignedQualifications:1 - 2 years retail and/or customer service experienceMust be able to work nights and weekendsHigh School DegreeExcellent customer service skills, an outgoing personality and a professional demeanorThe aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and basic computer skillsAbility to speak clearly and politely on phonePrior Ticketmaster, Archtics and/or Box Office experience a plusMust be able to work flexible hoursAbility to work calmly in a fast-paced environmentVaccination Statement:We are committed to ensuring all our buildings and office locations are the safest in the world for artists, teams, employees, and fans.
