this position is to support internal consulting and project
delivery with internal client focus in the areas of operational and
process excellence, change management and/or M integration and
value capture within the Strategic Programs Office (SPO). The
primary goal is to support a team partnering with CBRE departments
to drive impactful business results that change the top and bottom
line.This role will focus on supporting the people portfolio with
an emphasis on people operations analysis, process capture, and a
focus on root cause analysis associated with removing friction from
our processes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRigorously
identify issues covering entire problem in assigned work
streamIdentify efficient and effective approach to conduct analysis
and consider potential data constraintsConduct high quality
analysis and creatively develop the fact baseClearly articulate
information and answer questions succinctly and confidently in team
and client meetings; adjust communication style for audienceWrite
clear, succinct, and logical communications; effectively tailor to
the audienceIndependently lead and facilitate effective client
meetingsBuild coaching relationships with clients, typically at the
peer level, and actively collaborate cross-organizationally to
ensure success for the SPOContribute to proposal development and/or
business profilingSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory
responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance
such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May
coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or
project.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics,
technology, industrial engineering, organizational psychology or
related fields with a minimum of 1-2 years work
experienceCERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESCertification in the
following disciplines are preferred: - Green Belt Six Sigma -
ProSci / Change ManagementCOMMUNICATION SKILLSSynthesizes complex
analysis with an ability to draw out and prioritize key
conclusionsClearly articulates information and answers questions
succinctly and confidently in team and client meetings; adjusts
communication style for audienceWrites clear, succinct, and logical
communications; effectively tailors those to the audience.
Independently leads and facilitates effective client
meetingsAbility to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles
using distinctive style.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires knowledge of
financial terms and principles.Ability to calculate intermediate
figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.Conducts
basic financial analysis.REASONING ABILITYAbility to comprehend,
analyze, and interpret documents.Ability to solve problems
involving several options in situations.Requires intermediate
analytical and quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIESReal
estate or other financial service industry experience
preferred.Demonstrable experience in supporting changes in process,
