AR / Collections Representative Remote | Temp-to-Perm | Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) $17/hour Generous Bonus Plan upon Permanent Placement Company Based in Blue Bell, PA A growing organization based in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a Remote AR / Collections Representative to join their team on a temp-to-permanent basis . This is a full-time remote opportunity with structured scheduling and strong earning potential through a bonus plan offered once the position converts to permanent . All work-from-home equipment will be provided. Candidates must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet access. Local candidates are preferred as there are semi-annual in-person meetings . Schedule This position follows a 37.5-hour weekly schedule : Two days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Two days: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Representatives are required to work at least two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) . When working a Saturday, you will work a half day during the week . Key Responsibilities Contact former students and co-signers via phone regarding past-due account balances Discuss payment status and request payment arrangements Explain account balances and financial obligations Document collection activity and communication in the system Update records with accurate action and result codes Notify co-signers of financial obligations when applicable Perform skip tracing when communication with the borrower or co-signer cannot be established Maintain professional, compliant communication at all times Qualifications 1–3 years of recent collections experience Ability to interpret financial information or ledger records Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance goals Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Additional Information Equipment provided for remote work Opportunity to transition to permanent employment with bonus potential Supportive team environment with structured processes Equal Opportunity Employer If you are interested in this Remote AR / Collections Representative opportunity , we encourage you to apply.
