Senior Accountant – Temporary Opportunity with Potential for
Hire Location : East Greenbush, NY (fully onsite) Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm Pay : $32–33/hr. Type : Temporary (1–2
months) with potential for permanent hire Offered Through Nesco
Resource: Competitive hourly pay ($32–33/hr) Health, vision and

We’re partnering with a well-established and long-standing
organization in the Capital Region that is known for its technical
innovation and collaborative culture. This onsite opportunity is
ideal for an experienced accountant who thrives in a fast-paced,
hands-on environment. While this role is currently a temporary need
for 1-2 months, there is potential for permanent hire if approved.
What You’ll Do: Support the Finance team with month-end,
quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare account
reconciliations, conduct variance analysis, and assist with
financial reporting Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts
across departments Partner with Operations on inventory-related
processes and participate in physical inventory Assist with
internal controls, tax reporting, and balance sheet review Support
continuous improvement by helping develop and implement new
processes Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate on special
projects What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in a
hands-on accounting role Strong Excel skills; proficiency in
Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently, think
critically, and adapt to change Comfortable working across
departments to support financial processes Manufacturing accounting
