Job Description
Experian's Summer Internship Program is a unique opportunity for
students across the country to gain hands-on work experience in our
innovative global company. Our interns work alongside Experian
employees to tackle meaningful projects and gain valuable skills in
their chosen field. During our summer internship program, interns
will have access to the latest technologies and challenging work.
As a summer intern, you'll learn about our exciting financial

Responsibilities of the Internal Audit Intern include:
Works within the North America or Technology Audit teams to support
the performance of audits of business functions, including
assessing business process controls, financial accounting controls,
and system controls
Support various activities within the internal audit lifecycle,
including conducting process walkthroughs, performing internal
control tests, and documenting audit results
Analyze information technology architecture across application,
data, server, and network layers and support the identification of
risks and internal controls
Testoperational or technology controls, including layers of
computer systems (i.e. application, database, operating system,
data, infrastructure) for information technology (IT)
effectiveness
Support the department in identifying, documenting, and reporting
on the effectiveness of internal controls related to business
operations, IT or security processes
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program in
Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management
Information Systems, or a related degree
Be returning to school in the Fall of 2024 to complete degree
program
Basic understanding of internal auditing or accounting concepts
(for North America audit role)
Basic understanding of technical platforms (i.e., databases,
servers, networking components) or technology processes (i.e.,
ITIL, SDLC, systems architecture)(for Technology Audit role)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Good communication

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S.
geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed
above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors such as job-related skills,
experience and education. This position is also eligible for a
variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which
includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time
off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee
stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
