Lands' End is seeking a highly motivated student or recent graduate to serve as an intern to support the organization's efforts to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion for the organization. This position requires an individual who is passionate and curious about diversity, equity and inclusion as it relates to the workplace. This individual should be eager and willing to learn, be detail-oriented and enjoy working with people. The selected candidate should be comfortable with identifying and pursuing creative problem solving and can effectively write and communicate in a concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Support and work in collaboration with the DE&I Council to develop, promote, and implement DE&I efforts throughout the organization.
  • Work with the DE&I Council and Employee Services to research best practices, develop possible new approaches, training, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvement of DE&I programming and policies.
  • Provide administrative support for events, meetings, which may include communication, logistics, and developing content.
  • Research DE&I efforts that may be relevant to the apparel or retail industry.
  • Research and provide updates on DE&I events, initiatives, and actions that may be relevant to Lands' End's BRGs and employees.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
